Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Patriot Memorial Services provides custom design services for memorial-related products and media. These include, but are not limited to:
 

• Tribute videos and slideshows

• Memorial apparel and printed keepsakes

• Custom airbrush and vinyl wrap artwork for urns, caskets, and displays

• Engraved memorial items and keepsakes
   

We do not provide burial, cremation, or any form of physical handling of remains. We work in partnership with families and funeral homes to create visual and artistic tributes only.
 

2. Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to begin all custom projects.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery or release of final files/products.

• Full payment is required for all rush orders or products under $500.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, CashApp, or Direct Invoice.
   

3. Design Process & Revisions

• Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

• Turnaround times vary based on complexity but are generally 5–10 business days.

• Rush services (48–72 hours) are available at an additional fee.

• Once a project enters production (apparel printing, engraving, video export, etc.), no further changes can be made.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• All design deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a client cancels before production begins, unused costs may be refunded at our discretion.

• In the rare case that Patriot Memorial Services cannot complete a project due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure, a full or partial refund will be offered.

5. Product Delivery & Shipping

• Physical items can be picked up locally or shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Shipping fees are billed separately unless included in a package.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage during shipping, or incorrect addresses provided by the client.
   

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing high-quality images, accurate information, and timely feedback.

• Patriot Memorial Services is not liable for errors in text, names, or dates submitted incorrectly.

• Final approval is required before any product moves to production or delivery.
   

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All original designs, videos, and artwork are the property of Patriot Memorial Services unless stated otherwise.

• Clients receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• We reserve the right to showcase final designs in our portfolio and marketing materials unless requested otherwise in writing.
   

8. Respectful Content Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our work:

• We reserve the right to refuse any project deemed offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful.

• All designs will be treated with the highest level of dignity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
   

9. Legal Disclaimer

Patriot Memorial Services is not a licensed funeral provider, mortuary, or cremation service.
We do not claim responsibility for any legal arrangements, end-of-life decisions, or physical handling of remains. Our services are artistic, visual, and commemorative in nature only.
