Turnaround Times
 

Digital Tribute Products

Includes: Tribute video slideshows, social media graphics, digital photo collages, and portrait illustrations.

• Standard Production: 3–7 business days

• Rush Available: 2–3 business days (additional fee)

• Delivery: Sent via email or private download link
   

Apparel & Printed Memorial Items

Includes: Memorial t-shirts, hoodies, hats, embroidered patches, and banners.

• Standard Production: 10–15 business days

• Includes sourcing and customization time

• Rush Available: 5–7 business days (additional fee)

• Delivery: Shipped or available for local pickup or delivery
   

Memorial Keepsakes & Engraved Items

Includes: Urns, dog tags, keychains, engraved plaques, wooden boxes, and framed artwork.

• Standard Production: 11–18 business days

• Includes sourcing time from partner suppliers

• Rush Available: 7–10 business days (fee applies and stock-dependent)

• Delivery: Shipped or available for local pickup or delivery
   

Rush Terms and Conditions

Rush services are available for select products when timing is critical. If you need something completed urgently, we offer expedited production and shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

Rush Policy:

• Rush fees vary by product and complexity

• Rush jobs must be approved and paid in full before work begins

• Not all items are eligible for rush turnaround due to supplier lead times or material availability

• We will always confirm whether your deadline is achievable before accepting a rush order

Physical Products

• Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

• Tracking number provided when your item leaves our studio

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after production

• Expedited shipping available upon request
   

Local Pickup or Delivery

• Free local pickup available by appointment

• Free local delivery offered within select zip codes (inquire for eligibility)

• Delivery outside this area available for a nominal fee
   

Important Notes

• Turnaround time begins once we have all final materials (photos, text, approvals)

• You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order moves into production
